Background Data

I have searched everywhere and cannot seem to find out how to turn off the background data on this phone. It was very simple with my HTC Incredible... this phone has caused me nothing but problems so far. Thank you!!

Just turn off data. You can do that from the notification drop down.

Mine doesn't seem to have that. Just says Quick Memo, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Vibrate, Airplane, Edit

Those are all of the options I have, even after swiping

That should allow you to add it

Click the edit button and you can add it, or you could just go into your settings to do it

That seems to have blocked all data? I was just hoping for background data.

All phones are different, the motion doesnt have this feature

This is what I do. If I want to sync with fb, skype or gmail, I click this.
This is your best bet imo.
