Root backing up apps and reinstalling them

title says it all im having problems with apex mainly its getting very slow so i wanna install liberty but i dontknow how to backup all my apps and then reinstall. is there a way i can do this in one shot or do i have to do them all 1 by 1 on titanium??

i do have titanium paid for but can i back up all apps at once???

back up/restore -->menu button-->batch-->back up all apps and system data.
