Backing up entire device

Hey guys.:)
Hopefully I'm in the right forum
Anyway, I plan on upgrading to a new cell phone in a couple of weeks, I currently own the EPIC 4G touch (upgraded to 4.1.2 :shot: ) and I'd like to backup my entire device (Music, vids, apps, pics, contacts, call log and texts if possible, etc.) and transfer them to my new device.
Only problem, the device I plan on getting doesn't have an SD card slot.
I'm thinking google drive and dropbox may be useful when it comes to that issue.
When it comes to backing up texts, I know you can simply back it up to your gmail, but I was curious if it was possible to actually view those messages in my new devices texting client as if they were sent to that particular device.
Impossible? I'm guessing, but it never hurts to ask.
One more thing, when it comes to the apps, is it possible that I can recover my data (saved progress) from them as well?
Thanks in advance, people of android forums :five:

That's actually perfect as far as simply backing up the app data. I eventually did find some others as well for texts and my call log. Thanks a lot :)
