Help Backing up Incredible

I would like to know the easiest and least time consuming way to back my incredible up. I haven't had to until now. I forgot some passwords and reset them. But now i cant delete my google account without doing a factory reset.. or so my phone says.. Thanks

I haven't used it but have heard pretty good reviews from My Backup pro, I believe only the payed version let's you restore though..

+1 on MyBackup Pro. I use it and have for quite a while. I am rooted though. It works great!

Ok this is off topic but since I moved my phone off the original line I upgraded on and to a new account, I lost my warranty.. I'm thinking of rooting it. I would have more options on apps like this right?
@betaman haven't had time to check this app out but does it require rooting?

My Backup doesn't require rooting, that's why I told ya about it. It's in the market, 5 bucks for the payed version.

just root using unrevoked. Then you can do nandroid backups and never lose anything.
