Help Backing up phone question?

Ok so my phone is going in for repair on Mon to have the WiFi repair done,

Is there anyway to backup my phone and restore the app data when I restore the backup?

Thinking mostly bout my saves on my games :D

I'm not sure if you need root to restore the backups though. I think (I'm actually pretty sure there is because I was going to add it to one of the stickies) there might be a procedure written specifically for the One X but I can't locate it. I'll have look around and post if I can find it.

What games are you talking about btw? A lot of games are now storing stuff on the SD Card.
 
Not tried the method described on xda - but for angry birds there are apps in the play store for backing up angry bird games. Not tried for the star wars one yet, but has worked for me for the other ones.

You can't have too many backups, so I would try one of them as well!
