Help Backup and Restore?

So my Moto X has weird black specks on the camera, Motorola shipped a new one to me and I am wondering if there is a way to backup and restore from the old one to the new one?
Not reinstall apps etc but buy an app that I can install that will take EVERYTHING from the old phone to the new, settings etc...like a time machine backup on a mac.

Everytime I've had to restore a phone there have been things lost or missing and I have the luck of having both phones working here right now so I want it done right. Just don't know if it's an option.

The easiest route would probably be Helium, which is unique among backup utilities in that it doesn't require root. It may not grab everything (there are some applications that are protected against being backed up) but should get the majority of your app data.

What about Motorola Migrate? It worked for me to set up a duplicate Moto X.
