Help Backup app for non rooted?

All,

I have finally configured my phone ie widgets, settings, contacts, apps to the way I like. Would like to back this baby up in case something happens to it...but def dont' want to put in the time and energy again. My phone is non rooted so therefore can't use Titanium backup...What other apps can do that for me?

if im not mistaken (i could be wrong here, more than likely i am) but i think the mt4G automatically backs up your settings for u. ive seen it somewhere in the settings. as far as ur contacts go, aslong as your sync is on for gmail those will always come back if/when u get a new device. the only app i knw of that gives you some kind of a backup for certain items/areas is MyLookOut. its an anti- virus app but has different features within the app
