having same issue, so just subscribing to see if there's a solution.

do you use it at all? if not just disable that app. should take care of the problem.

goto settings.... apps manager....all...click on backup assis plus..uninstall updates if necc.. then disable

Same happened to me. I disabled it since I never use it and if need to you can always reenable it.

I did disable it (one of them), but there's 2 of them, one of which you can't disable, and then it still runs.

Same here although fortunately mine hasnt ran for the past 8 hours or so

was having the same problem, it was driving me nuts, it put 600 pictures from my desktop onto the phone.. I just went into applications and disabled it and its been fine since

As soon as I take a photo mine pops up. I don't think it's actually doing anything though. again, I have disabled mine but It's not going away completely.
