woke up this morning to my wildfire being in a pile of water - duh, at first I just thought it had got to the surface and the phone worked fine, then it crashed, I have since noticed water bubbles in the camera, the phone switches on ok, and is even receiving calls and messages. The problem is that the touch on the screen is no longer working, a message came though which I really need to read however I am unable to unlock the phone.
I have tried plugging it n to my pc via usb and htc sync however It is stuck on charge only mode and I am unable to change it to sync mode as the phone will not unlock. there is no pattern in code, it is only swipe to unlock, my question is - is there any other way to unlock the phone or change it to sync mode without the touch screen?
