Backup or Backdown, what's your favorite backup ap?

Hi,
I was wondering what you gals & guys have as favorite backup option. The 2 most popular once are I assume MyBackup and Titanium. I have both on my rooted SGS2, but up to now have only used Mybackup. It recognizes the rooting and immediately adds options to backup aps etc.
Is there someone who could give a comparison of both, and evt. also other backup aps, with + and -?
Looking forward hearing back from y'all.

Am happy that you bring up CWM. Installed it yesterday and ran the backup. It was occupied for a minute, then screen looked frozen, or I have no idea how to quit. I accidently pressed Home and the sgs2 rebooted. But I have no idea what was backed up.
Anyone know?

One question about CWM. I read that a backup should take 5-10 minutes. However when I run it, is finished in 5 secs. It says, backing up media files, backing up aps, and then an error about a folder which CWM can not access. The folder carries a name containing the name of my provider. This is weird, as I installed a stock ROM, and the original ROM should be completely removed.
Also, the version of my CWM is 2.0. Could the problem be version related, and if so, could someone please post a link to the updated version?
Thanks

Hi, 100% sure that I am rooted, android 2.3.3.
I flashed the insecure kernel (xda), rooted using s2 Root, and flashed a second time with a stock version in order to get rid of the yellow triangle. During the procedure, Superuser and setCPU were installed. I run a bunch of aps that require root access and have no issues at all.
I just went into ROM Manager and went into Flash Clockworkmod recovery. I was offered a list of sgs2 ( with AT&T, ...) options (I took the basic sgs2) and it downloaded/installed clockworkmod v4.... But now, I have 2 CWMs on my device, the visible v2 (4shared folder - Android) and the v4, which I assume is incorporated in ROM Manager.
But, whereas the v2 offeres a backup option, ROM Manager only offers to backup the current ROM.
Questions that come up:
1. Slug yesterday mentioned that CWM is not 100% sgs2 compatible and that a special version is available. Where do I find this?
2. ROM Managers downloaded CWM taking into account that it is running on an sgs2. Does that mean that the CWM which was downloaded and installed is this compatible version?

This may be useful for some guys. CWM v4 for the SGS2
How To Install ClockworkMod Recovery 4.0.0.2 For Samsung Galaxy S2 | AndroidFC

A complete different approach of installation than the CWM Manager.apk which I have now.
I assume that this is the one included in the CF ROMS. The question
however remains what the difference is between this v4 CWM and the v4
which ROM Manager installed on my SGS2.

Regarding ROM Manager, I selected to flash CWM recovery. I just tried the backup current ROM, and the sgs2 reboots and start running the script. First step, verifying the update package, failed. I rebooted and my gs2 kept freezing. I guess will be time to flash the DLev 3.1

Just flashed CWM 4.0 and ran a backup. No issues at all.
When I noticed what was all being backed up, I was wondering though if you can restore the backup after you change ROM. Anyone have an answer to that?
