Help Backup phone numbers only

Hi

I want to back up ONLY the phone numbers. Also, how do I delete email addresses that appear as contacts? I rarely send email through the email client so it's a big drag

Settings->Data Synchronization->Google->Contacts.

and when you do a factory reset you can sync with your google account. have fun. This is the most easiest way.

btw if you are not on 1.6 you can back up your contacts to SD card by
1. Open Contacts
2. Click Menu
3. Choose Import/Export
