I am affiliated with no one. I had to do a hard reset on vacation. I was able to get my phone completely back to normal using My Backup Pro. I lost nothing....all the settings were correct. I did it from the SD card. I have used there tech support once and they responded immediately. I highly recommend it having used it in a crisis with a dead phone.

I recommend you look over user reviews and comments of a backup application, prior to choosing one.
