Backup Prompt

I am continually getting a prompt that an app is waiting for a WIFI connection to perform backup. I assume, that app is V Backup Assistant Plus...
Is anyone else getting that prompt?
Is that app ok to disable/freeze?

If it is back up assistant then you can disable/freeze it. It could also be something like drop box or another could storage.

It's the Verizon one for me. I said ok, choose the free plan, then it said I don't have enough space in the free plan to backup my phone. I said ok. And it went away. Lol. That was 4 days ago and no more prompts....
