Root ? Backup specific apps and restore to anther ROM

Hi to all,​

Is there way to backup specific apps (for example "Moxier") form-​

"Samsung-Galaxy i7500 1.5 ROM", and restore this apps to anther Rom (Galaxo Hero or 1.6)? if I upgrade my phone I don​

I would recommend you install Drakaz recovery and make a complete image of your v1.5 device to make absolutely sure you can get back to where you are now.

That said, you could try to use one of the popular backup programs (Astro, to name one) to back up that one app, and see if you can restore it under v1.6.

I know that some v1.5-apps (the SMS app) won't work under v1.6 because there are OS-level changes, but for a 3rd-party app like that I would try and see.

Titanium Backup is the best backup app. It can backup app + settings + it's record in Android Market, and then restore app + settings + record in the Market database. Needs root.

what I want to do is replace the original i7500 Firmware (1.5) with the Galaxo HTC, then restore the Moxier Mail App.​
