Backup widgets

Do you know of an app that makes backup and copy in installable file from widgets that are installed on the 'Widgets' selection-to-transfered screen to put on the home screen and not installed by any apk application like for example a weather app? I don't mean only the widgets that are exist on the home screen.

I have Samsung Galaxy S7275R mobile phone.

The widgets that came with the phone are part of the device ROM. This means that even if you factory reset, they won't get deleted.
