How can I backup files in my phone? I can just copy and paste memory card files to my pc, but what about phone files? I dont want to lose anything.
 
What do you want to backup exactly?
Your contacts and calendar are already backed up at Google (if you properly set it up).
For the rest you can use an application like MyBackupPro.
