Help Bad Pixels?

about 1/4" in from the left of the screen, maybe 1 inch from the top, when the screen is black, I get a single blue pixel. I tried resetting the phone, and its still there. Is this grounds for a replacement phone? No matter how small, I do not want a brand new phone with a defective screen.

Take it where you got it and try getting a replacement - the only way to check if you can get it.

My first RAZR had this problem, I took it back to the store immediately (hadnt even been using it an hour). My pixel was red/orange and difficult for the sales rep to see (honestly not sure if he ever did see it) but they swapped it out for me.

If you're not within the 14 days, Verizon will tell you to punch sand or get a refurb. Sorry :S

Just got back. No problem. The rep I spoke with is really nice and always wants to give me deals. I just played with a Live demo Nexus, and am pretty sure I will be getting that phone. The rep gave me some REALLY cool advice. She said that if I get beyond the return period to come in and return the RAZR(she said she could waive the restocking fee for me... shhh) and go back to my TBolt. That will CANCEL my contract renewal. Then once the Nexus is released, I can go in and purchase it and renew my contract with it... I had a good evening at VZW.

Nice that some reps still try to take care of their customers.
I personally cant go with a Samsung phone, but it's good that you arent going to be stuck with a phone you dont want.

I felt this way for a loooooong time. My wife has had 2 or 3 Samsungs in her life, none of which I liked. And honestly, the RAZR was my choice phone until i held and played with the GNex. It is not typical Samsung build(which is my issue with them, they always feel cheap) at all.
