Help Bad signal HELP??

My phone constantly has no signal. I cant download any pictures or send any as well. The mms will say its sending but never does. my gps always stops working and says I need a network and sometimes says Im located in Las Vegas when im not.
Anyone know how to solve this issue????

Have you called your carrier? Perhaps there is a tower down near you.

No I havent called and its not just in my area its wherever I go.
