Apps Based on the Google map，my app runs not smoothly. How to optimize it?

My app's function is showing the trip plan and routs on google map according the input city and days who wants to travel.
But when I loading the google map, it will be crashed on Nexnus 5 sometimes.
Now i don't konw how to handle it.

Hope someone to help me solve this problem , I will be very greatly appreciated.
