Apps Basic questions

Hi All,

I would like to take help from any freelancer or any other 3rd party company to create an App for my personal need and have below questions, I am really new to this App development and need your help in addressing the basic questions

1. Where all the data is stored that users posted, login details etc
2. How secure is the user information in the database, whether it is a shared DB or dedicated for this APP
3. Who all has access and how can we restrict it
4. What is the running cost, e.g increase the size of the database, new enhancements etc.
5. Can data posted by the users should be auto archieved if it is greater than 24 hours or so..
6. Reports for Admins like no. of installations, spam users, survey based on users, user information and data related to users
7. what are the technologies used in industry currently and any limitations on expanding based on technology in future.
8. Cost incurred on regular maintenance activities
9. How to upload data from back end
10. Backup and Restore of the App and Database
11. Can we patent any idea/App
