I recently purchased a bassboomz portable speaker but when i try to connect it to my samsung galaxy 5 bluetooth it tells me "communication error need pin or password."


Is there a way i can go into my phone and add the password manually?

I have run into this before as well.... quite often the "pin" number is 0000.

Maybe that will work for you.

It might be in a pull-down notification on the phone, that you have to action. The password for things like speakers and headsets should be 0000.
