Help Bat Life With Verizon and Kit Kat Update

My battery life took a dump since I ren he upgrade. The battery seems to be discharging quickly even when I don't use the phone.

I used to go from 4 am to 9 pm with ease now have problems getting to 2 PM.

Thinking of doing a factory reset which for obvious reasons I would like to avoid.

Has anyone had a similar problem and has anyone fixed it with a factory reset?

Yes, the factory data reset will fix most problems, including battery life.

OK did factory reset and it doesn't help. My battery life is a shadow of what it used to be since kit kat.


Used to go from 4 am to 9 pm using my phone freely for anything including games and Hotspot now by 1 or 2 pm I am near dead and I am have to baby it to get that.

This is awful. My note 2 used to go to the next day and my note 3 whole not that good used to get me through a day now I am so screwed by lack of battery life.

I went and did the dawn battery reset and going through the pain of rebuilding all my setup and it did nothing to help.


Surely I can't be the only one?
