Help baterry charging

Its taking 5 hours for my mobile to get fully charged.. Some times i can hear the beep sound indicating the batttery fully charged.. When i check it its actually 90 percent only.. Is tr any problem with my mobile .. Please help ..

Have been facing the problem many a times.
Just reboot the phone. It'll show the correct percentage of the battery then.
