Battery alert

Is there a way to remove or disable the high pitch sound that alerts me when the battery drops to 15% & 5%. There must be a file in root file manager that I can delete. I have managed to take the popup alert away with a xposed module but the sound still remains

If you don't wana use Xposed (because you wanna use ART for example), I think the Light Flow app should be able to do it.
I think you should be able to find the sound file in system/media/audio/ui though and rename it..

Yup I just checked Light Flow https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rageconsulting.android.lightflowlite and I think if you use that to take over low battery notification and turn off sound that should work..
Doesn't your rom have the option though?

In mine it's called LowBattery.ogg uploadfromtaptalk1401401775284.jpg
Just change ".ogg' to '.bak'
