My battery does not charge all the way when the phone is on.
When the phone gets to reporting 100% full and then notifies me to take it off the charger, if I turn the phone off and put the phone back on the charger it shows about 60% full.
Does anyone else have this issue or any thoughts?
(PS - I had an HTC Incredible and had to bump charge the last 10% but 40% is pretty bad.)
