Help Battery charging issue?

Over the weekend I upgraded my 7 month old SGS i9000m to GB 2.3.3.

Sunday night and Monday night it charged fine (battery was below 50% used both times).

Tuesday night the battery was around 72% when I plugged it in for a charge.
After 6 hours, it had only charged to 87%.

I turned the phone on and plugged it back in and got it charged to about 95% by the time I had to leave the house.

I wonder if I just didn't plug it in properly or if something is going wonky.
I will monitor it over the next couple days to see if it's the phone or me

Anyone ever have that happen?

Battery indicator in the status area was not reflecting the proper state of charge yesterday.

Charged fine last night and seems to be OK today.

Assuming this is the phone/recalibrating after being wiped & flashed.

Yep, it takes some time for the battery meter to get back to normal sometimes after flashing a new rom. Good, yours is working fine now.

An odd thing I've discovered is that the phone won't charge properly if I turn it off.

It only gets a full charge if I leave it plugged in.
