Root Battery died, lost everything (?)

Hello people

Forgive me if I have the wrong forum but thought this may be the best place to look for help.

I have an HTC Desire, rooted with Cyanogenmod 7 installed. I've had it installed on it for several months. I also about a month ago or so partitioned the SD card if that makes any difference.

Tonight I was playing a game on my phone, and the battery died. Not a big deal, I used up the battery and it died. It's happened several times before. What hasn't happened before is when I plugged my USB cord into it (which is attached to my laptop) to charge it and then turned the power back on, everything was gone. It was like I just flashed the ROM. All of my apps, my wallpaper, the market, settings...everything. Except, oddly enough, for two apps: WebMD and a First Aid app.

When I go to settings/manage applications it shows all of my apps listed there, but they all are listed as 0.00b in size. It also shows that I have 114mb of internal storage used with 34mb free. I believe that is about how much storage I had used/free before this happened.

So it looks like there is a sign of all of my apps...can I do something to get everything back without downloading everything again, and changing all of my settings?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply.

No, stupidly, I do not believe that I did a backup. This was the first phone that I rooted, and in all of my excitement, I do not believe that I did a backup of any sort. Am I screwed?
