Help Battery Died Now It Won't Charge

This is the second Mercury I've gotten from Cricket. This is the second time this exact issue has occurred.

My battery died after a day of use and now will not charge. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a known cause or solution?

Hello, welcome to the forum, Mountaingirl! I haven't seen others having this problem. It sounds like just a defective battery, but that's bad luck to get two in a row like that. Maybe the store you go to got a bad batch or something. All I can say is take it back again and hopefully the third time will be the charm. Good luck and keep us posted!
