Root Battery Discrepancy on: Boot, TWRP, and Android

My battery is different on Android and boot/TWRP (

Any idea how to match it?

I would do a battery calibration there is a free app in the Google Play Store if you do a Google search for battery calibration it should the one of the top results just charge your phone to 100% and start the app then hit calibrate and restart your phone should fix the issue
