Help Battery Drain

I've noticed there are a fair few battery drain issues on the forum, but I don't want to piggy back on others' issues.

My S4 on EE 4G is draining to 40% in 3 hours at work, though lasts longer at home (though battery drain still isn't great). It's been significantly worse since the Android 5.0.1 update. Basically, the phone is becoming unusable. I am aware that phone signal at work is bad though I am on the work wifi (whereas I have a decent 4G signal and am on Wifi at home). Power saving is enabled, but seems to have no effect. Turning off other services such as data, location or Bluetooth also appear to have minimal effect. Have tried wiping the cache partition without success, and given poor battery performance on some of the replacement phones, I don't expect doing a reset will do much.

Due to breakage, I got a replacement phone under warranty in June (in fact I went through 5 new replacement phones, each one with a power / reboot or sim detection fault) and also got a new sim and replacement battery to make sure those weren't the issue. So all components should be new.

Any suggestions / ideas? Whilst I am out of contract now, because the phone is only a few months old I'd guess I'd still have some kind of warranty, but given my previous experience going through 5 phones, it seems pointless given they'll just replace it with another S4.
