Help Battery draining due to Emails

Hi All,

yes another battery draining issue but before posting a new thread i have done some troubleshooting based on the earlier thread and here is the outcome.

My battery is draining at night between 40 - 60% like others. I removed all my widgets but it didn't help much then i unchecked the background data which applications and emails requires to sync the data and that night my battery were drained only 4%.

Going further i found it was my corporate email account that is causing battery to drain. I recently added my corporate email account as active/exchange and since then i am having this issue. I receive around 50+ email in a day.

Can you please suggest me how can i lower down the polling interval for corporate email account or any other way to improve the battery life ?

You haven't filled out your profile completely. What is your device?
In settings you can change how often you sync in data delivery. The longer between syncs will improve some, but not all of your problem. You need to do some more research but if you name your device, you'll get better help.
