Yesterday I installed cyanogenmod to my Galaxy S2 (old, I know, but I'm switching soon). One thing I've noticed is that when I'm using the phone, on a reddit app or a game, for instance, the battery use is very typical: 1-2% every few minutes of heavy use. However, what's weird is that it seems to drain faster with the screen off. At one point it dropped 8% in just ten minutes of standby. Sometimes it barely drains at all, but other times it drains way more than an idling phone should. Does anyone know what might be causing this?
