Help Battery draining

I own a Prism II (since Christmas 2014) and just in the last couple of days it has gone from a full day on one charge to 3 minutes on a full charge (6 if it's on airplane mode) I have turned off wifi, bluetooth, brightness, rotate, gps, sync and just about everything else and I turned on airplane and it lasts for 6 minutes, I have also recently installed an app that closes all my apps and turns off everything whenever my phone is idle for more than a minute but my battery is disappearing too fast.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I could fix this?

Full charge to flat in 3-6 minutes can only mean that there is something catastrophically wrong with the battery.

Even if you run everything in the phone flat out it cannot use power even close to fast enough to flatten the battery in that time. So that's the only explanation I can imagine.

I found a great new app that brought it up to 18 minutes while on airplane mode, but thank you I will probably just get a new battery.
