Battery drains fast

I have downoaded the application to close applications that come on all by theirself. Only to find that they start up again. Is there a way to keep them from coming up automatically? just cant believe the drainage on the battery.

Hello obiewun and welcome to Android Forums. All the apps that you are killing cause far less battery drain if left alone. Your task killer and the apps trying to do their thing has been proved to use far more battery. To conserve on power you might consider limiting the frequency that they access the net. Max screen brightness is another consumer. I suggest you join into the area of your device and find the thread discussing conserving battery. All smart phones tend to be heavy power users and each device has tips and tricks to limit that consumption. Best of luck to you and thanks for joining AF.
