Battery from ebay

Eh? That's about usb cables? Not batterys

I'd be careful with 3rd party batteries, I was looking at them and I saw a test between 3rd party and official batteries (sorry I can't remember where it was) and it showed that even larger capacity batteries were crap and came up short.

I'd stick to getting a new official one to stay safe, you might strike it lucky but you might not

Here it is - http://androidforums.com/sony-ericsson-xperia-x10/349316-x10-battery-solution-sorta.html

When I ordered a battery for my blackberry online, the batter was great....in fact it was from the same battery manufacturer. I paid 10 bucks at the time instead of 40 bucks.

Just read reviews from other purchasers. If you think it looks legit, then it is hard to go wrong for 15-20 bucks.

I've had pretty poor experiences with Ebay batteries. They start off quite well and then deteriorate rapidly. Others have differing experiences, but every battery I've bought has been the same.

Could be different for different handsets obviously, but just my thoughts. :)

Well, I have one, just for spare, I mainly use the manufacture one, but if I run out and I cannot charge it, I will use the ebay one,
I've read on some forums that they blow up... But I guess it's very rare
The ebay battery does seem to run out alot faster too
