So my dad sends mails me his EVO so I can install froyo and he can keep root. I do all the technical things like that for him and he pays most of the bill. Deal we've got. Well I had froyo installed but I hadn't completely finished putting all his icons back exactly where everything was. After his phone charged to 100% I plugged my EVO in and left his there with the screen off. I kind of forgot about it and figured the battery would probably be dead but to my surprise after 3 days he still had 14% left and that was with the gps on and push gmail. I think I get decent life but no where close to this battery life. While I'm not complaining and feel I get acceptable battery life now, seeing this makes me think I can do better. Anyone else see stand by times like this?
