Help Battery icon and video playback

Hi guys
Is there any app or setting to always have a numeric battery icon
at the top right-hand corner?

Also, would anyone know off hand which video type files do not need to be encoded and which ones that do?

Changing the one in the right corner i dont know how.
But Battery Status v2.0.8 Application for Android | Tools

Gives you a icon in the left, showing a small icon of a battery with the percentage written inside it.

The phones does most common formats, like DivX, XviD, mkv, mp4, but in some rare cases you need to convert. You cant have a file over 4gb because of FAT standard on the card, and it doesnt support DTS or/and/ over 6 soundchannels.
