Help Battery Indicator not charging

My zenfone 5 does not indicate that it is charging even though you connect to charger. It just get stuck to whatever percentage it has. Never tells you that it is already charging. Charging indicator would just update once you rebooted the phone.

I think you should do a factory reset. But before doing so, check how much RAM you have left to make sure its not insufficient memory messing with your charging.
