Root Battery Indicator

Quick question...my battery indicator seems a bit weird/off. I'm running Kangerade 5.0.9 currently and....well you can see by the pictures that 50% looks about 80% and 40% looks about 50%...wtf

There are only icons for 100, 80, 60, 40, 20, 10 battery levels. Most likely what you are seeing at the 50% is the 60% icon.
