Battery Info Screen

Hello all.

I downloaded a theme app from the Google play store. I was not happy with it so I uninstalled it.
Now I have this irritating battery info which I cannot get rid of.
Any help removing would be greatly appreciated.

This comes up after I enter my pattern to enter phone.

So reinstall and turn off that stuff before you uninstall?
