So I just got my Prime earlier this week and it updated to the 9.4.2.21 and I'm down to 50% battery with only 2.34 hours of screen on. That means I'll barely get 5 hours of screen on time with this device. Is this normal?
Like others I'm noticing wifi being the "heavy hitter" usage...it seems too high. I think I've read that some think they may have increased the power to the wifi radio to overcome some of the wifi issues...but if they did that it seems it was at the expense of the battery.
I guess I'm hoping others with more experience than me can comment. I already have an iPad 2 so while I'm really enjoying the Prime, if it can't compete with the iPad in battery then I may be taking it back. I was expecting more use between charges.
