Root Battery issue after rooting to jelly Bean

Lurker
I have recently rooted my Funbook P300 to Jelly Bean, it was working fine
for couple of days then few days back i just left the device and forgot to shut it down, and power in the battery was completely drained, but now i am not able to start the device, its showing a battery with a warning image and don't go further, cant start.

Can anyone suggest something or anyone gone through such situation, it would be of great help. I am attaching the error image here for your ref.

or if anyone is ready for a repair, if Micromax team can help ? thought its rooted :D

Thanks and Regards

You're generally not supposed to let lithium batteries get completely flat, it's pretty bad for them.

Have you tried leaving it on charge for a while (overnight) to see if that will kick it back in to life?
