Help Battery Issue & only had it a week.

My battery well not stay charged i charge 1 hour & it says 99% then after i unplug it goes down & down then dies. Like its brandnewww just bought at target and its really stressful.

Are you letting it fully charge to 100%? Most batteries take longer then one hour to completely charge.

How long does the charge last when starting at 100%? From your post it sounds like it's completely drained in under an hour, if that's the case I'd return it.

I agree with Kate, if it's new and it's not working like it should, just take it back to Target and exchange it for another one. It's certainly not worth stressing about as they are good about exchanging faulty products.

PS it takes a while for a phone to calibrate it's battery monitor so I'd charge it overnight, well after it says 100% then fully discharge it. Do this a few times and if it doesn't improve, do as the others say and return it asap. Obviously a dodgy battery
