Help Battery Issue

I use a battery meter that shows the percentage. After a full nights charge it reads 99% and as soon as I disconnect the charger it reads 98%. Seems something is not right. Anyone else experienced this?

Welcome to Android Forums jschlis.

That is normal for not only the N7, or Android, but most anything rechargeable to extend the overall life of the battery. It will charge to 100% and then stop charging and run on battery for a few percentage points (2-5% normally). That way it isn't pushing a charge to a full battery.
