Battery issues, please help

Hello, i have a samsung gt i5500. I'm wondering, how time much it needs to be charged with the adaptor? Mine takes 4 hours. When its turned off. Also, after it shows 100%, i turn i on and the battery watcher widget says that the battery it's 96-97%. Battery watcher says that the battery is in good health, too. So, is this a bad thing?

That's all normal behavior, AnDRoIdmAN100.

You'll also find that a few charging cycles, 10% or less to full, will start to show a slight gain in battery life as time goes by.

Just be sure to trim down unused services and apps, etc to minimize resource drain.
