Help battery life 3-2 hours

can someone help my motion's battery life is only 2-3 hours when not in use 15 at most when I use it

things wrong with it that might affect battery life

also incorrect battery percent
example its at 29% plug in charger wait 5 seconds check and its at 69% also plug in charger its at 79% takeoff charger put back on back on charger then repeat take off put back on then its at 49%
