Battery Life of Phone when Gear connected

anyone else having trouble with the battery life when connected to the gear? My phone always got like 30-40% of battery left when I left work but since I got gear it is draining fast. Anyone else having problems? Suggestions how to fix it?

The latest Bluetooth is very low energy consumer. I barely notice any difference. Very negligible. Perhaps you have some other service or an app that contribute to your battery drain.

yeah no problem here with my gear and phone paired......are you sure it is your gear doing this?

battery life on the note 3 has been amazing and i have seen no difference when using my gear with it.
