Battery life sucks after rooting???

I recently used z4root toroot my SE X10 and now I can fully charge my battery and it is drained 4 hrs later. Also I removed the battery at one point and it was at 50 percent when I put it back in it was at 80 WTF?? I really like thisphone just wondering if I did something wrong or if it is a issue with the phone.

hi there,

sounds like a battery/phone issue, Rooting your device will have no impact on the devices battery drain, as all it does is allow access to the deeper functions on your phone.

If you think it has to do with the root (highly unlikely unless something went wrong on installation and its screwing with the battery display) simply unroot your phone using z4root and see if it solves the problem.Then get back to us if you still need some help.
