Help Battery Life Sucks Last 3 days

Any advice on this usage? I was in meetings from 7am to 7pm tonight with very minimal use and the thing is dead. Normally i get 15 hours with moderate use and have 30% left at 10pm.

Any advice?

9 times out of 10 its an app you have downloaded. Whatever you have installed the past few days delete and see if things improve.

Thanks for the response. I will check it out. I already un installed a few earlier with no change. So I will keep doing so until I find it ha ha. I went a little crazy during the app sale so it might be one of those.

Was your reception weak in the conference room?

I see maps at 10%. If maps was running in the background it may have had your GPS running too.

For those of you that asked about reception reception was 3 bars, maps was on early in the day for an hour because I forgot to completely close it.

I was wondering about the android system too. Does anyone know what that consists of?

try the app GSam Battery Monitor it will give a much better breakdown of whats doing what

Click on cell standby and lt will show a percentage of time without a signal.

Android system is very high...

Try disabling the motion sensor (including screen rotation) and seeing if that helps. There is a known issue with the motion sensor on these phones occasionally going haywire and rapidly draining power.

Did you turn on the latitude or any location sharing setting in google map and leave it on by any chance? If so, that would be draining battery faster.

Do a battery pull, then reboot. That seems to reset the "Android System" for some reason.
