Root battery life

I was wondering which rom do you think has the best battery life?
I am using jrummys remix right now and it goes down from 100% to 50% while im at school and it just stays in my pocket and does nothing. I have setcpu to 250 mhz while asleep/standby and this happens. I have it at 1000mhz will awake and it goes down about 20% an hour while using.

I really like jrummys so any rom like it would be nice but any are fine.
